About Us

Orella Associates is owned by Teresa Luetjen Keeler. Teresa has almost 20 years of experience performing market analysis and relocation services in the corporate sector, and leadership training and communication instruction in higher education.

She holds a Masters in Government Administration from the University of Pennsylvania where she received a “Best in Class” Award for her community development project. She is a doctoral candidate in the School of Communication and Information at Rutgers University; her current research focuses on family communication and conflict during times of age-related illness or transition. In addition, she holds the designations of Certified Relocation and Transition Specialist and Certified Retirement Coach and has completed mediation training through the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators and Mediators without Borders.

Her personal experiences with family challenges and estate settlement led her to start Orella Associates. The goal at Orella Associates is to ensure that individuals can achieve their goals while preserving their family relations. Orella Associates offers transition planning and conflict resolution services to individuals and families facing major life changes. Orella Associates brings practical solutions to challenging situations so that clients and their families can move forward with less stress, less conflict, and more enjoyment.
